My mom has done that. She didn't knock she just asked can I come in? I lied and said "no, I'm dressing" but she comes in anyway. She thought I said "Yes, it's okay". I had to pull a blanket over me quickly. I yelled at her.The one f*cking time I don't lock the door while I'm 'having fun' she has to bust in my room. Uggh.

thats extreemly disrespectful of your mom, why does she have a key to your room anyway? i dont have a lock for my door (i live with my dad only and am a teenage girl) simply because i dont need one, we established the rule: if my door is fully closed, treat it as if its locked and ask if you can come in -obviously respecting my answer if my door is open it means you can just come in if youd like. quite simple. what hapend after that? -mustve been horribly embaracing, id die if that hapend to me :P

I'm 19 and I am not allowed to have a lock on my door. Of course, my mom isn't an idiot like the OP's and if I told her I was naked and not to come in, she wouldn't.
