Let's say she was dressed like a prostitute. The first guy was clearly making fun of her. Her response was cliche but appropriate. Old men on the bus are creepy. He touched her inappropriately. The only thing you did wrong there was not slap the old man and screaming at him for touching you. Also, if it's raining...sit away from them but don't suffer because they suck at life.
