Just for your information, the vast majority of rapes and sexual assaults occur when women are NOT dressed suggestively or otherwise "asking for it" as dumb of an expression as that is. Just something to chew on. And of course women aren't the only oppressed people in the world. Lower class people are, people of color, immigrants, etc. But I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you belong to none of those groups, as evident by the ignorant statements you made.

#74, gender does matter. I'm willing to bet that if you were to walk around shirtless (which constitutes being half naked with your nipples exposed), you wouldn't get any sort of derogatory comments. But if a girl wears a skirt that is even a few inches above her knees, she is, as people here are saying, automatically a "prostitute."
