Isn't the top speed of a Segway like 12 mph?

What most people seem to fail to realize is that the top speed of a Segway goes up to 12.5 mph. There's a mode where the top speed's only 6 mph, but that's really only used for learning how to drive the thing. (Swapping modes is also super simple.) Source: Took a Segway tour of Detroit.

You friend have fallen victim to yet another seggway. It may have made the guy crack up, but it's things like this that make me want to yolk. Don't worry op, know you're no chicken. At least you tried to lay down the law and make chase. Too bad he was faster than you scrambling after him.
