Today, my friend needed to talk out bad feelings. Then she urged me to open up as well. I hate doing it, but it only seemed fair, so I confessed my deep insecurities. Not only did she agree with everything, but she also helpfully added that I'm boring, have no life, and all my dreams are unattainable. FML

Today, I had a very nice, long, and pleasant dream about having a girlfriend for the first time since 2010, and then I woke up. I'm right about myself, I'm going to be single for the rest of my life, and there's no point in trying to change that. FML

If you feel as though you're not happy with your life, do things to change it! I always think I'm boring but I'm naturally less sociable than the average person, and maybe I have different priorities and likes to other people. If I wanted to make the effort to be more 'fun' then I would but that wouldn't make me happy. If everyone liked the same epic things then belive me, that WOULD be boring. If the no-friends thing is an issue I suggest joining clubs and getting a hobby where you meet lots of people, or make that extra bit of effort to get to know people at school or at work. Don't push it, just step out your comfort zone once in a while. :)
