Um. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that's actually how third boobs sprout. Soon, it will be just as real as the other two. The shock of it all will probably make you feel strange for a while, but when the money from the traveling circus starts rolling in, you'll console yourself with lots of things you can't presently afford. In the end, it's just a different life than the one you envisioned. :D

On a slightly serious note, I have to say that all this talk of small vs. large breasts is rather silly. Throughout time, different breast sizes and shapes have been considered beautiful. If we think of ourselves as part of a grand timeline, beauty becomes much more about what the beholder sees than what is fashionable. And sexiness is not related to your bra size (or for guys, your jock size, I suppose, metaphorically speaking.)
