Today, I wasn't feeling too well and consequently threw up. In an effort to get some sympathy, I told my mom about what happened. Rather than trying to make me feel better, she yelled at me because I threw up in the bathroom sink "when the damn toilet is two feet away." Thanks mom. FML

I woulda been pissed too. doesn't take much effort to pull up a toilet seat and then flush it rather then cleaning the sink.

Ohh poor you. I was sick the other day and the last thing my mum said before she left for work was "If you're gna throw up please dont do it on my carpet" and thats exactly what happened.. except my mum wasnt angry at me, she was worried cuz I phoned her up crying ^ ^; lol

if you can make it to the sink, you can make it to the toilet, they're usually one or two steps away from each other. And if you feel the puke coming on, just clench your mouth closed and hold it there until you get to a suitable dropping point. It is not difficult to keep your cool and be respectful about where you puke.

I always throw up in the sink. Why must it be the toilet anyway?

your mom is right, you lazy bum...was 2 ft not worth the effort?

Well... you SHOULD have. Usually if you can make it all the way to the bathroom you can hold it for another step or two to get to the toilet. No one wants to clean up vomit out of a sink.

She was right. The toilet would have been much easier to clean up and I think you could have made it.

ydi for needing pity btw my mom would have said the game thing

I always get that. Replying "It would have been the floor!!!" doesn't help either.
