Good looking, rich, successful - what drove him to this? Weak ego. Some people are too afraid to try, because they think they'll fail, so they just dive into a bottle. Others are so terrified of failing to impress their parents, they push themselves to the limit, and they become super-achievers. (example: Tiger Woods). But they still have that emptiness of self-loathing inside them that nothing can ever fill. The reason they brag, is because they're in denial over their fear and pain. A person who is secure and strong doesn't have to brag and make other people feel like crap. This guy's likely to "act out" in other ways to try to kill the pain. Drugs. Alcohol. Gambling. Women. (like Tiger Woods). Or, maybe he has a secret identity and he's a superhero. (like Tony Stark - who was still a boozer and a womanizer). Either way; success is never permanent. Neither is failure. (good looks sure as hell are not - ask any plastic surgeon). The only thing you have that you ALWAYS have, is yourself. So until this guy learns to be comfortable in his own skin, no amount of conquest is ever going t o make him happy. You could find a poor man, with crooked teeth, receeding hairline, and pot-belly, who's happy with himself. He'll ALWAYS be happy with himself. No matter where life takes him.

Today, I went on a date with this girl who now goes around bragging to everyone about how hot her date was and how rich and successful I am. She even started posting about it on FMLife like there is something wrong with that. FML.
