ahahaha
Omg for everyone calling her fat and stuff: lay the fück off!!! God you people are so immature! Maternity tops don't nessacarily mean your gigantic! It could be when your first starting out. @ OP : so what? It wasn't skin tight unless that's how you wear your clothes in which case you shouldn't be calling yourself fat because not a lot of fat people wear skin tight clothes ...
I never really got what was so horrible about wearing maternity clothes, even if you are a large person. If it fits, what's so wrong about it? I'm relatively thin, and sometimes I wish I could wear maternity clothes - some of them are actually pretty cute! Also, people are being really mean towards fat people. Not everyone can just lose weight. My mother exercises every day of the week for an hour or more and watches what she eats. Her doctor said she should be losing weight. She's still relatively large. It's not her fault; she is trying. I wouldn't believe that she's the only one in this position. Anyway, I say neither FYL or YDI.
Awww... Don't worry about it. It's most likely a smaller size, anyway. Most pregnant women just waste money on maternity clothes for the whole pregnancy experience, even if they don't look pregnant at all. I'm almost 35 weeks, and I haven't had to buy a single item of maternity clothing. I was bigger before, and had a lot of plus sized clothes lying around from before I lost some weight at the gym (sucks when you work so hard to loose it, then BAM... pregnant lol). My shirts have lots of room for growing in, and I have a few bigger ones from my mother-in-law. If the shirt is comfortable, don't worry about it. Wear it. Love it.
wow.. some comments are pretty mean.. if you think in a positive light, you can just think of it as a baby-doll shirt style :)
So what? If you have a problem with your size, do something about it besides whine.

You don't have to be "fat" to fit into maternity clothes, they have them in smalls too, you know.
Some regular tops work as maternity tops too so eff it, if you like it wear it.
