Today, I went to an elementary school for volunteer work. I was asked to read to a group of kids during one of the classes. Before I started reading, a girl raised her hand and asked me if I had a boyfriend and if I was single. I asked her why and she said "My daddy wanted to know." I'm 16. FML

Today, I was babysitting a five year-old boy. Somehow the topic of relationships came up, and he asked me if I had a boyfriend. When I told him that I was single, he got all excited and asked if he could be my boyfriend. It would have been cute… except he was the first guy to ever ask me out. I'm 18. FML

You people here are stupid; being attracted to a 16 year-old is NOT pedophilia. Most 16 year-old women can easily pass for someone in their 20s. Maybe the dad assumed she was in college. Pedophilia is the attraction to prepubescent children, there's a huge difference between a 6-8 year-old and a developed 16-18 year-old, for example.
