Today, I went to get my first tattoo. When I told the man that I wanted Tinkerbell on my lower back area. He snorted and told me that I was way too old to have Tinkerbell on me, and that Disney characters are only cute on people 35 and younger. I'm 23. FML

I agree with 44. And in my opinion the lower back is a good place to get a tatoo... It is a relitavly flat surface and doesn't stretch much during pregnancy. I wouldent get a tatoo their personally because if all the rumors I've heard..

okay she wants a tinkerbell tattoo, big whoop. Maybe that has some personal meaning for her or maybe she just really likes that Disney character. The point is that it's her body and her decision and that tattoo artist is getting paid to draw it on her, it's his JOB. So I personally think that he should have kept his mouth shut and just gave her what she wanted. Go to another shop. The end.

This (ish). Ok, I'd probly never talk to someone like that, but then they'd probly not want to talk to me either. I like it when people have visual symbols to help me decide whether it's worth even talking to them.
