Today, I went to my boyfriend's house and sat around while he played video games. He turned to me and could see I was annoyed. Then he told his friends on XBox Live that he needed a 10 minute break to have sex with me. FML

I always find it annoying when girls bitch about their boyfriends playing video games. It's so much better than them out cheating or something. Maybe learn to play too. That's what I would do, or at least watch.

agreed ^^ I love cod so whenever my boyfriend invites me to hang out with him n his friends we play black ops the best part is beating the guys(: lol but it's not like he completely ignores me I sit on his lap while playing and he gives me a kiss for every headshot I get haha

I totally agree. I get along so well with guys BECAUSE I play video games. I think most girls should learn how to play so they wouldn't be so bored or annoyed. I think it's pathetic.

Agreed. I'm a girl gamer too, but when I have a boyfriend there needs to be something more in our relationship than just gaming. Yeah, it's great we can kick back a few nights a week, drink beer, and play games, but if all he wanted to do was play games that isn't too cool. I do have sympathy for non-gamer girls who are with guys who only want to play games. That must suck. JenL mentions that you should learn to play games for your guy. Are you kidding? Not everything should revolve around his gaming habit. If the girl had a knitting habit do you think the guy should be forced to learn so he could knit with her? Hell no!

Ok... But at the moment, he was playing the Xbox. Maybe he does other stuff at other times, but at this specific time, he was playing the game. Who's to say that he doesn't get to play that often because he's with her? I'm pretty sure they do other stuff together, so why not learn to do something else?

I feel Xbox and cheating should not be the only 2 options for what a man in a relationship can do. Also, why should I have to do something I don't enjoy? I don't force him into my activities. And even when I do play with him, I can't do it for the 8-11 hours he wants to. Just... No.

If he invited you over to spend time with you, he shouldn't have been playing the xbox. I play xbox, but when I invite friends over, unless they want to play too, the games are turned off while company is over.
