Today, I went to my son's soccer game. I cheered his name at the top my lungs and waved with a grin on my face. I saw him whisper something to a team mate so I watched the film my husband took later that night. His friend asked, "Who is that?" and my son replied, "I don't know some fat bitch." FML

#259, I doubt it. No one should ever appreciate anything a fat person does for them.

try NOT to embarrass your son in front of other people, even though he was out of line with the language referring to you, I would something along the same lines if that was my mother

Doesn't matter if you embarrassed him. Kids don't talk to their parents like that. Your kid is a brat.

I can't believe there is anyone defending what your son did. I agree with #266, it dosn't MATTER is you embarrassed him. YOU'RE HIS MOTHER. You deserve more that that. And some kids live there entire lives wishing that their mother's would be at all their games, or around AT ALL. You're kid really dosn't know how lucky he is that you're there for him. I can't even fathom how a child could say that about his own mom. My mom has kicked me out of my house, done and said some pretty awful shit about me. And if someone asked me what I thought about my mother? I would never in a million years call her a fat bitch. I would tell them that my mother is a funny, thoughtful, wonderful person. He needs a lesson in respect FOR SURE.

what kind of a**hole son do you have.. :(

I highly doubt that actually happened? I'm pretty sure a kid wouldn't say that about their mother.

That kid needs a serious smacking. Under no circumstances should he even think such a thing, and to see that he did it out of peer pressure is worse. I say no (insert his favorite privilege here) for a year. At least.
