Mayyybeee you'll laugh evilly when the needle is in your hands!
Anatomy & Physiology 101 - If you can't eat lunch surrounded by corpses, you're not made for the job.
You needle a new aspiration.
You'll get over it I'm sure. Don't give up on your dream for something like that, needles are not a bit issue in actuality, and with regular exposure your fear should lesson over time providing you can cope with the slight increase in fear at exposure.

Maybe you cried because the needle was going into your skin.
You're going to let a fear stand in the way of your dream? That's the first step towards failure.
This makes you more, not less, likely to get over your squeamishness once and for all and actually become a doctor. The harder challenges are the ones that work.
