Thumbs Up?
Make him buy you a new one. xD
doesn't it take more energy to throw the phone compared to pushing the slient button? doesn't makes since to me
why is your boyfriend answering your phone he shouldn't even be touching your property in the first place let alone answer YOUR incoming calls on YOUR phone
You know, 119, some people when in relationships have a bit more trust and share things. If there is a call incoming on MY phone and I have left it on the side while I go out or to the toilet or whatever, I sort of expect my girlfriend to pick it up and possibly take a message. Its called a relationship because you share your lives with each other; not doing so just means the trust isn't there.
It's your fault for dating him.
Why does barely anyone read the actual FML properly? It seems they just read other people's comments. The OP says he was in the "midst of sleep" meaning he was sleeping. The phone could have started ringing and the OP didn't wake up, so the boyfriend wanted to stop it. If you are asleep with your girlfriend and her phone rings, you have every right to answer the call and say that she is asleep or unavailable. But in his sleep he could have fumbled with her phone, not being able to find the answer or end buttons (again, while asleep) and so did what people do with their alarm clocks - which happens ALL THE TIME. Yes, he should buy her a new phone, but he isn't an asshole for breaking it.
You could always turn it off before you go to sleep...
Evidently neither could you. Seriously, why not turn the ringer off or set the phone to vibrate before you go to sleep? Or, keep your phone on your side of the bed.
I don't blame him. There's no reason to have a phone on at night.
