Today, it's my birthday. My mom decided to wake me up by having our new, previously stray, cat thrown on top of me. I was awoken to two claws ripping across my face which needed 16 stitches to fix. Happy Birthday. FML

calling her mom an idiot and all that is pretty rude you guys. im sure she didn't mean for the cat to even go on her face and even if she did i doubt if she thought twice about the fact that it might flip out. most animals wont do that they just would tumble over or something. my dad did the same thing to me when we first got our puppy and he just fell off the bed cuz my face is clearly not a flat surface. so everyone insulting her mom should probably lean off a bit and realize we've all made similar mistakes and you know it. and idk that with the pain i imagine you felt it would have been possible but i also hope your day got better, happy birthday :)

"and idk that with the pain i imagine you felt it would have been possible" Besides that this dosen't make any sense at all, you had a dog thrown at you, not a cat, cats use their claws if you're unaware and i know, we have one too, luckily our cat has learned not to scratch i just toss those cats off me that does.
