OP, I can see why you'd be annoyed, but as to posting this on an internet website... It seems kind of mean, though, like talking behind someone's back about something so serious, when you're supposed to still like/love him and all. I've learned in my experience that talking behind someone's back, as fun as it is, is something you're eventually gonna regret. I only blame you for going as far as to post it on the website, but not for feeling annoyed, given the situation you described in your comments. Of course, he was having a bad time, OP, and I really hope you weren't sitting there whining about "Oh my I didn't get any presents for our six month semianniversary." When two people really care about each other they're going to listen to them even if they're not having fun (at least this is what I believe), and I hope that you did.

Yeah, anniversaries are obnoxious, but any day your SO cries and hits him/herself in the face is a good time for a FML, breakup and restraining order.

This is why breakups were invented.
