get over it. I know a ton of little kids that said they were going to marry their parents when they were little. I told my dad when I was little I was going to marry him....get the **** over it people the kid is 5
That's cute. I don't really see anything wrong with it; he's only 5.
#40 my thoughts exactly! XD #42 - oedipal is the adjective form of oedipus. read a psych book sometime. pretty sad that he knows you need one, though. :(
'Oedipus complex' is the name of the 'disorder'. No need for an adjective. Especially if it's a NAME you're using. 2nd year of Psychology btw.
Bow Chicka Wow Wow. Good idea for a porno. JK
Atta Boy!
that's really cute! when I was 5 I used to tell my mother I wanted to marry my two year old brother. I knew nothing about sex or what being married meant, I just knew that I loved him most and that I'd be happy to play with him forever. nothing incestuous. as for the oedipal/elektra complexes-- to quote an old psych professor of mine: "Freud is one letter away from fraud."
People need to get over this incest thing seriously a son just loves his mum and that's it kids have no concept of what gf/bf relationships actually mean. he doesn't have a perverted mind..yet. #45: I like that quote
Not going to claim it as fact because I don't actually have proof, but wasn't some group doing research about how for the first years of a childs life they have a crush on their parents? Girls like their fathers, boys their mothers. Not in some creepy incest sort of way, but just the connection?

The 5 year old doesn't think like we do. Our minds are perverted and know what boyfriends and girlfriends do (have sex); however, the 5 year old doesn't. All he knows is that boyfriends and girlfriends love each other... And is it that wrong that a 5 yr old loves his mom? You people need some serious ******* help.
This happened to a girl friend of mine, except the boy is 3 and he said "When I grow up I want to marry mommy." She said, "Oh, that's so sweet . . ." He says, "And I'll yell at you all the time just like Daddy." FHL
