Today, my AP teacher once again accused me of plagiarism. Apparently the words "demise," "ultimately," and "rural," are too sophisticated for an 11th grade AP student to use and MUST have been copied from the Internet. FML

Ultimately, your rural demise is imminent.

Jokes on them; if you're telling the truth then you're clearly more intelligent than they think you could be, good for you!

Ur teachers a flamming idiot.

Okay seriously? What kind of teacher is this? I hate to say this but f*** this teacher. As an AP student, you are expected to know words like that! Especially in 11th grade. I use words like scintillating and agathokakological all the time....that is absolutely ridiculous. I hate teachers like that.

teachers have such low standards for students now in days and it's sad. in 7th grade my best friend was accused of plagiarism for using the word semen. it was a paper on the male reproductive system. this is why Americans are portrayed as stupid because of teachers like this who do not teach but somehow stall the learning process

Well you ARE bitching about your life on the internet, so clearly your teacher is correct.

Your teacher is an asshat, but I would deduct one point for using 'demise', a newspaper cliché that can usually be replaced by a simpler, more specific word such as 'end' or 'downfall'.

I have been using these words since 5th grade. A dictionary is available at all ages isn't it?

You've got a dumbass for a teacher. But I can kind of understand his point of view. In my 11th grade history class, a girl asked how to spell museum and said "wait what?" right after the teacher changed a slide on a PowerPoint.
