Today, my best friend who I have known for ten years recommended I didn't continue a relationship with my girlfriend. I thought she wanted to go out with me which I was hoping for, for a long time. Turns out she wanted to go out with her. FML

Talk about a twist in the plot of that story.

tell your friend the only way to get to your girlfriend is through you...then on you...then on your girlfriend...while you watch

So... She's your best friend, you've known her for ten years and you didn't know that she's gay/bi? Not judging, just curious...

from the way I read it i thought OP was a woman. If she is then she's probably aware that the friend is gay/bi.

If they did, so what? You wouldn't expect your best friend of 10 years to go for your girl.

Why the **** don't we know the OP's gender? My solution would be the same, but visualizing a three-girl threesome would be a whole different story than envisioning my bucket-list fantasy of two girls with me. Seems like your "best friend" didn't have your best interests at heart. Are you sure she's not really a dude?

I would assume that OP is a girl. Since it says that her name is "Victoria".

It says anonymous. And I think Victoria is the city in Australia that OP is from.

It says OPs name is "anonymous" an is FROM Victoria.

Looks like it says "Anonymous" to me. . .Quit messing up Perdix' comment with your stupidity

63. Victoria is a state of Australia, not a city. - An Australian

There are so many unanswered questions in this fml it's difficult to say whether YDI or not. If you left your girlfriend because of what your friend said though then I'm gonna say you deserve it.

Lesbi-honest, that's not a real friend.

Give 'em threesome break, there are reasons behind every story.

47-win. 51-that was a sad attempt at comedy. smh
