Today, my boss fired me because a coworker had seen me reading magazines on the job. That same coworker was the one who offered me the magazine. FML

Today, I was telling my coworker that I was considering quitting the shady, 50-shades-of-scum business we work at. He snitched to our boss, who quickly fired me on bullshit charges of incompetence, theft, and workplace bullying. I guess I'm not getting a good reference from him. FML

Today, at work one of my co-worker was oddly nice to me; and my boss, who usually always says hi to me, didn't look or speak to me. Later that day I found out that I was going to be fired, not because my boss told me but because my picture was missing from the wall of employees. FML

Today, I was fired from my job over a coupon a coworker offered me for bonus reward points. Apparently, it wasn't one I was entitled to. I never even looked at the coupon and assumed it was fine since they offered it to me. FML

i had something similar happen to me. i was temping for a theater company and the 3rd day i was there my supervisor was 3 hours late to work. i went around the office asking people if there was anything i could help them with while i was waiting for her to come in; she gave me my tasks at the beginning of each day so i had no duties till she came in. no one needed help. so i was sitting in her office doing nothing for over an hour and finally a lady comes in and tells me, hey why don't you play solitare or something till she comes in, beats just sitting here. i was hesitant at first but she assured me it was fine. then i got fired for playing on the computer.
