Today, I don’t know what to do, my (female) boss just told me that in order to comply with our dress code, I now have to go and tell most of our female employees to cover up their visible cleavage. I'm not the most confident around women, how am I supposed to discuss their boobs with them? FML

You deserve it. As one of the earlier commentors said, he was saving you from being raped. If I were to walk through the ghetto wearing a shirt reading "Kill all dah niggahz", I would probably get shot. This is reality. Same rule applies to females wearing their trashy prostitute clothes. Also, it's his business and he can do what he wants to his employees. If your boss wanted to rip off your shirt and have you work naked, than you can love it or leave it. YDI, definitely.
