Well obviously the dog means more to you than it does to him. It's your dog and he can't just take it from you. Hopefully he doesn't try stealing it from you.

Dating someone for 90 days, does not entitle him to anything of yours. He is just being a dick and knows he can't keep your dog. Just doing it to piss you off. Quit answering his questions and do Not respond to him anymore. To him any contact even if negative is what motivates him to keep it up.
