Your boyfriend is incredibly childish if he thinks that is the 'right way' to respond to you saying no. He has no right to hit you with any part of his body, never mind his private parts. If this is a common problem you face with him, I suggest dumping him. If he gets them frequently and was asking for one because he hadn't gotten one recently, I would also suggest dumping him because he's probably just using you for sex in that case. However if it is rare for him to ask and you just weren't in the mood, I'd suggest next time, just leave the room so he can't be a brat about it by doing that.
