Leave a message and let him know it was out of excitement and you wanted to say yes to his proposal. He really shouldn't act like that over a assumption though. He should have waited and asked again after you got up.

Okay so there was a guy who said his girlfriend said no when he proposed. Maybe you should call him up. Or maybe he was the guy. Idk but I thought that little coincident wad weird.
