This sounds like almost exactly how it happened to me, and I thought it was adorable. Quit being such a stuck up bitch, that guy deserves someone more fun than you.
so?
so its not romantic. He proposed. Thats a good thing.
when i was proposed to, i was swearing sweat pants and it was in my driveway...it doesnt matter where you are or what either of you are wearing, cause you'll remember that moment forever!
i bet you said yes.
not that anyone will see this now but: the proposal is often (not always, but often) an indication of the type of people involved. Yes, he cared for her, great. But if he saw her as a girl with class, he would have relized that he would have to make the proposal at least a bit more thoughtful and special, and not quite so trashy. Says a lot about her, and him, if this is how he proposes that they spend the rest of thier lives together, and that is undoubtly the reason that the OP was upset, she does not want to be seen as trashy, especially by the man that loves her.
I'd be stoked, I love mexican food. Your guy sounds pretty cool, ever thought maybe you're too ******* high maintenance? Just a thought. xx
At least he proposed. Be happy.
