Today, my co-worker threw a rubber mallet at my face, and I broke my finger in the process of saving my face. She then told me to "take it up with HR, bitch". She's the HR manager. FML

How don't know how it works down in the States. But here, it's not HR that would deal with this. It would get reported to Health and Safety. Then the Union would get involved. But that can be a slow process. There's always the Police...Charge the BITCH and let's see if they give a rat's ass about her managerial position. Whatever you do...Don't let her get away with this SHIT. Good luck OP!

A company large enough for an HR manager is large enough to have people who rank higher than the HR manager. DO NOT let this slide. Get surveillance footage, witnesses, anything. Even the police.
