You are probably waiting for replies from a few places in your field of study while your cousin accepted the first random job he was offered...the difference is you have other goals and salary expectations so of course it takes more time.
Don't worry, you are actually looking for a good job, he probably was just looking for a run down one. Hope you find one soon, good luck OP!
The kind of job you are looking for would be more competitive to obtain, I assume. Finding a job after college is hard man. But don't give up!
Anybody can get a job. which is exactly what your cousin got. You are looking for a career, that takes time. Keep your head up something will make it's way to you. Good things come to those who wait brother.
Ofcourse he will get the job. What do you think?
Wow 6 months and haven't even gotten an interview eh? Have you tried putting on pants or something? That's 6 months you could have been making money and actually had a reason to say FML.
Comparing yourself to your brother is a problem. If he's still using drugs he'll lose that job. If he's not using drugs it's near a miracle and totally awesome he got the job. Keep doing the next right thing and you will reap the rewards. Congrats on a finishing school that's a huge achievemeny
you'll get a better job in due time...depending on where he works it may be take anyone basis
Apples and oranges there's no way your looking for the same types of jobs. So you didn't get that nasa job but McDonald's hired him big deal.
It's hard to compare when you guys could be looking for 2 completely different jobs

Your probably looking for a good job in your field that's why. Sorry to tell you this but you should get a low skilled job like cashiering while searching for the real one.
Don't sell yourself short! I'm sure you'll find something soon.
