OP, that isn't so bad. Did she teach you how to make PB&J? Especially if you are a boy, no biggie. I'm not being sexist, I'm a female also. It's just my dad is a horrible cook lol. this would only be a FYL if you were a chef.

If you end your comment with "I'm not being sexist/racist/etc., because I'm part of that group!" It makes you sound like a sexist/racist/etc person who is posing. Or someone who is too ignorant to be aware that people can be prejudiced against their own group. However, in this case you are being prejudiced against men, assuming that they are supposed to be irresponsible enough to not learn how to cook.
