Today, my crew and I were berated by a client for not installing her new hardwood floor on time. We were only halfway through the day, but apparently it should have only taken "like, an hour?" because "The guys on the TV shows do it that fast." FML

Here's a few reasons behind her attitude: Either.... 1. she seduces every guy that does house work for her and expects to not pay or get a discount. 2. She's so blonde that she doesn't realize that it's either (a) a commercial, or, (b) she doesn't get that it's ****** TV. 3. She was just a bitch 4. She wanted every reason in her little mind to get a discount or thinks it has to be done right to accommodate for her OCD 5. She doesn't know shit about flooring 6. She owns every season of 'Home Improvement' and her psychotic obsession with Tim Allen is equivalent to that of Tween bitches obsessing over Justin Bieber 7. Maybe she has tourrets syndrome? 8. Her boyfriend or husband broke up/divorced her Or.... 9. She just didn't like you. Period.

I know the pain. I was once yelled at by a client because "my house does not look as clean as it did two weeks ago when you sent your crew over". I swear to God I wanted to scratch her eyes out

Ydi, you have to manage customers expectations. During the quoting process, time of completion should have been discussed.
