Today, my daughter proudly showed me her new tattoo sleeve, which is made up of an angry cupcake, hemp leaves, and a My Little Pony character. She's almost 30, still unemployed, and still lives in my home. I now have no hope of her ever becoming a productive member of society. FML

The tattoo doesn't make her less likely to be a productive member of society. It's just ink. If you let ink destroy your faith in your daughter then you have serious issues.

The tattoo or even what's in the tattoo is not the issue to me, but indeed spending all that money on a tattoo when you are unemployed and living with your parents ? Hmm. Unless it was a gift, WHY BE SO IRRESPONSIBLE ?

It's not the tattoo. It's the fact that she could be spending that money on things she needs, rather than what she wants. It's about priorities and the fact that she is 30, living at home with no job.
