If you wish to continue financially breastfeed this womanchild then let her stay. Otherwise kick baby bird out the nest or she'll never fly. Tell her 3 months in advance she needs to get a job and her own place and if that doesn't work out she can stay with her friends or whatever relative will take her. She can still get a job. Tell her to apprentice for a tattoo artist or look in some alternative magazines for some leads.
