Expulsion is a bit harsh, this must be a repeat offense. Still, that's hilarious.

Most schools have a zero tolerance policy. Most of the time, kids get suspend or expelled for ridiculous things because of this policy. Even if it's a first offense. A kid got expelled because his mom packed a a packet of a napkin, spoon, fork and knife. She forgot the knife was included. Another little girl was expelled for kissing another first grade little boy on the cheek. We don't know why OP's child went off maybe the other child was a bully and OP's kid wasn't going to take it anymore. ( sorry if it reposts fml for iPhone likes to act up)
