not the schools fault. your fault. either your not there and she's picking this up from other people or your there and you don't care what she watches or what she's exposed to. WATCH YOUR KID AND BE A PARENT!!

yes. toddler on toddler violence is only as a result of poor parenting. it has NOTHING to do with the fact that young children often react physically when they can't think of another way to express themselves or solve the problem. ever met an autistic child? as a nanny for autistic children, a preschool teacher, and now a mother, I can assure you that you have no idea what you're talking about and should stfu. children with autism (even high functioning ones) will not only lash out physically against people around them, bit pull their own hair, hit themselves, scratch and bite themselves. it's nature when children act violently, not nurture. if the child was expelled for trying to strangle her classmate, or hang the class bunny- I'd be concerned...
