It's actually fairly common in formerly morbidly obese people who have lost weight and some cancer patients. Usually caused b a hormone imbalance, one from sheer body mass overwhelming the body and the other from surgical removal of the testosterone producing center of the body. Nop not gonna say it, just thinking about the procedure makes me cringe.
