Today, my female room-mate decided to throw away my xbox, along with a few other possessions because they reminded her of her ex. Furiously, I asked her if "it was that time of the month again." Now I can't feel my balls, and miss my games. FML

poor you! you think that your coment is witty!

She was way out of line, you do NOT throw away another person's belongings just because they remind you of your ex, especially expensive ones like an Xbox. Get over it. Girls like that piss me off so much, but guys, you should all know by now asking us if it's "that time of the month" will only piss us off more.

Destruction of personal property and aggravated assault. Take her to court.

Hell hath no wrath like a woman scorned. That was a pretty foolish thing to say, man.

yeah you shouldn't ask a female if it's her time of the month because if it is that will piss her off more and you'll get kicked in the balls and if it's not you'll piss her off and she'll kick you in the balls. I'm just sayin'

Sexist or not the roomie has no right to be touching anything but her own stuff. She should compensate for the xbox.

obviously she's a complete bitch for throwing out the OP's stuff and hitting his balls, but asking an angry girl if she's on her period is only going to piss her off more and she'll be less likely to be reasonable about retrieving/replacing the stuff she got rid of...

Then they should go to court. What else was he going to think when she irrationally threw out HIS stuff? I would probably ask the same damn thing, and Im a female. And she WOULD be paying for it. Whether or not she wanted to. Also, she'd have nowhere to live, or no roommate, depending on the situation.

To everyone who's saying that saying "That time of the month" is sexist...it's really not. It's a natural process. I say it to my girlfriend/female friends all the time and we always laugh about it. I don't know one girl who takes it offensively. Then again, maybe they've got brains and don't see everything as a stab at the fact they're females >.< damn women's rights activists...they take this stuff too far... Either way OP, FYL. And clearly, she WAS on. Maybe next time wear a cricket box before confronting her xD
