Today, my female room-mate decided to throw away my xbox, along with a few other possessions because they reminded her of her ex. Furiously, I asked her if "it was that time of the month again." Now I can't feel my balls, and miss my games. FML

I usually have to pay an extra 50 Euros for that. I can get it for free, simply for enquiring about her menstrual cycles?

**** the xbox, ps3 is the way to go, though i feel sad for your ballsacks. Maybe you should wear a cup next time, and buy a taser while you're at it.

Saying is it that time of the month is not disrespectful or rude or deserving of a kick to the balls. I have friends that i ask that to when there being bitches and they just laugh. I even say "Your PMSing, its okay i will leave". I don't get kicked or hit. I think every women just needs to lighten up! I am Australian so maybe thats why women don't care as much! We are pretty laid back here! P.S girls need to realize it ******* hurts to get kicked in the balls - maybe even more than a whole weeks worth of a period in an instant. Ive seen men throw up and cry from getting hit there. Ive seen a 150kg man drop to the ground because another guy grabbed his nuts during a fight!

No, it is disrespectful and rude. Deserving of a kick to a highly sensitive and vulnerable area? No, not that rude. However, if you can't see why asking a woman if she's having PMS when she's a bad mood is disrespectful, I have to question your intelligence. It's disrespectful because it assumes that a woman can't possibly have any other reason for being pissed off or sad or any other negative emotion. You're basically saying, "Oh, well, if you were a guy I'd be thinking you had a shitty day at the office, but since you're a woman, it must be because your hormones are out of whack." It does not help matters, especially when the woman in question may have very valid reasons to be angry. I know someone just going, "Oh, you're PMSing," when I am angry over something that's important to me is not going to help my mood or make me any more rational. Basically what you're doing when you 'excuse' a woman's bad moods as PMS is invalidating her. You're saying that her reasons behind her emotions don't matter, because she's just a slave to her hormones. She's not a rational, thinking human being who can choose to be angry over something shitty. She's just 'bitchy' because her hormones are making her that way. Whilst PMS is a medically recognised phenomenon, that doesn't mean it's alright to presume that a woman experiences it. Even if she does, it is even more wrong to assume that any anger she has is attributable to it. I in no way support what the woman in the OP did. I think she needs some serious counseling both for her issues with her ex-boyfriend that would lead her to steal someone's property and dispose of it, and for thinking that being asked a rude question is grounds for assault. Unfortunately for the OP, it's unlikely that she will ever suffer the consequences of assaulting him, because she's a woman and our society is still unfortunately biased against men in that regards. I hope he can get his stuff back, or monetary recompense for the value of the items, at least.

Well to my understanding a question of a medical phenomenon should not be rude or disrespectful! The OP ASKED the question! And if a women is behaving in a strange way i.e.. unprovoked mood swings, then one would naturally come to the conclusion that she is PMSing.

I once told a woman about problems with another woman and that PMS was involved was HER suggestion. Just sayin'.

you are clearly a ****! asking a girl if shes pms when she does something with no valid reason is the perfect time, like what the **** did he do to that bitch to make her throw out his xbox, ******* nothing, this girl is just being ******* mental. Im sorry but when someone does something unprovoked to me i tend to want to know why they did it in the first place so you can go **** yourself i say you and the girl that threw out his xbox go meet up and jump in front of a train together!

it is quite disturbing how many women are obliterating xboxs these days. i would ask for compensation. if not, i will call... the law!

whoever this ******* bitch was kick her the **** out! shit. i am a girl and i ******* hate girls. thier stupid like that.

So? I can't feel your balls either and you don't hear me bitching about it on the nets...

She owes you a new XBox and games. BIG TIME. Evict her, and if she has given you a deposit, take the cost of the xbox as well as the games out of it.

1) sue her in small claims 2) if you own the place or are main name on lease/rental agreement then kick her out 3) if she is main person then you find a new place asap No matter what, you are to blame for letting her have access to that expensive equipment in the first place.
