I told my ex-girlfriend I loved her after 3 days (it was mutual) and we were together for five years. Granted it didn't work out but not everyone who says that they love their partner early in a relationship is crazy. My current partner and I exchanged I Love Yous after a month of knowing each other and we're getting married in September. Sometimes people just know when they love someone else.
Three weeks is a little (ok, a lot) crazy but what's wrong with celebrating monthly anniversaries if both partners want to? My partner and I were both in very abusive relationships before meeting each other and because we appreciate each other and cherish all the time we spend together, we acknowledge, but not always celebrate, our monthly anniversary. And yes, I'm aware that the prefix anni- means yearly and is technically incorrect to describe a monthly event but what else do you call it?
That's too extreme. Good thing she broke up with you, she's clearly unstable.
Better to figure out she was crazy now rather than later
Bullet. Dodged.
What is this madness?
The madness was just beginning; be glad you got away from this one now..!

She's crazy and you needed to get away anyway.
The big 21 days of dating, doesn't everyone know that you need to purpose to her for marriage by then?
