You can't really assume she's cheating. She could have kept some for future use. Ask her straight up why there's only 8 left. And if she were cheating, then proceed with w/e you desire to do to her.

I've given a box of condoms that a guy has paid for back to him after we broke up because he asked for them. Of course I took some out, but only for future use. Just because some were missing doesn't mean she was cheating on you. I didn't even use the ones I took out of the box until a while after we broke up. It's just easier than going to buy some more.
