Aw, I feel bad for your girlfriend. She was probably just nervous about meeting your parents. Sometimes when I get nervous my chest and neck get kind of blotchy and red, but then it just goes away. I've seen it happen to other people. I bet that's what it was. It can be really annoying, especially when people bring it up like that.
