If this girl thinks her boyfriend being sexually frustrated has nothing to do with her and is this unwilling to talk about it, I'd say it's time to move on. Find a woman who wants to have sex and is comfortable talking about it. That goes both ways, though. Both parties have to be willing to speak openly to one another.
