Man, you people are harsh. As a Psychology major, this behavior is indicitive of Borderline Personality Disorder and she needs help. The way we as a society treat the mentally ill is utterly disgusting. How do any of you know she wouldn't actually kill herself? I've know several people with BPD who've made serious attempts on their life due to relationship difficulties because that's part of the illness. This woman has obviously had a troubled past and she needs support and consistency, not condemnation.
