Because I believe in equality, I switch genders around on posts to see what everyone would think in that situation. Imagine if a girl posted an FML where her boyfriend's marine mother walked in on them having sex and made them hang out only under parental supervision, and made the girlfriend sign in and out on a clipboard. You wouldn't be telling the girl that she's lucky that her genitals weren't mutilated, or that she wasn't assaulted because of the marine mother being overprotective.

True. Everyone would be calling him a mummy's boy, probably. I don't agree with the Marine dad anyway. Being that protective to the point she can't have sex (providing they're both of age to) and seeing every guy who dates her as an enemy is unhealthy.
