Today, my girlfriend visited my restaurant with some guy I'd never seen before. She introduced him to me as her "new boyfriend". She was always a cold bitch, but I never saw this coming. I had to serve their food while choking back tears, and I couldn't work up the nerve to spit in it. FML

I think it's a good thing you didn't spit.. If you were caught you could have lost your job and that would have just added salt to injury.. Maybe find something else to get her back that can't lead to losing your job. Sorry that happened that was a jerk move

i donno, sometimes you form family bonds with people you work with, and if those other workers see/hear what she is doing they will sometimes do shit to your food/drink or be lookout for you while you do it. thats why im always nice to those who make my food. it was brave and actually moronic of her to go there to eat with her new bf. like i saidone of his co workers could just as easily done something to the food. but OP is better off without the ice queen
