I love elephants (see profile pic) and I'd be happy to have elephant underwear, even if it is made for men. I think the thought behind the gift is really sweet. And it's not actually that unusual for girls to wear boxers to bed (assuming that's what they are).

Ummm... If these are what I'm thinking they are, the trunk is hollow. I guess a woman could wear them, but they'd have nothing to fill up the trunk!

No. Its underwear in which the guy can put his penis in the trunk of the elephant. When he gets an erection, it looks like an elephant is holding the trunk in the air like in real life. Its a very sexually designed thing. Purposely made for the purpose of what I said above.
