Don't worry, everyone had there moments... Some worse than others.
I somehow don't believe this...I don't know if anyone else here has had any experience with an Apple techie, but I've had plenty while working for AT&T. They do not have you send in your phone until they have exhausted allllllll possibilities first. They don't want to pay for anything they don't have to. So this FML seems a little fake to me.
The smart phone finally outsmarted the human.. We're screwed..
You shouldve brought it back to the store to ask. If you bought it online or from someone you still shouldve went to a store. Might have been embarrassing but you wouldve avoided paying to get it "fixed"
