109- Forget the treadmill, put your shoes on and run! Last I checked, that doesn't cost much. (At least, in comparison to a treadmill or even a gym membership) ;) Seriously though, Op, most of your weigh loss is from proper diet. Visit men's or women's health magazine website, it's very useful for that, assuming You want to lose weight. If you don't, stand up and tell your mother you're happy just the way you are. :)

Sounds like you're all dressed up. Now go outside and walk a mile. Eventually, you will want to make it further and further until you move out and get out on your own. Hen you won't have I listen to your mother.
with all that effort, you might as well go walk around outside or something. get some friends, then go walking with them. it's worth it
Well, at least you are WALKING around. Walking counts as exercise.....:P
