Which half was naked? I'm so literal that I literally hate the term "half-naked" -- a guy wearing a pair of shorts is 85-90% naked. When describing a man, we need to know if the **** and balls are showing. (With a woman, it's nipples and vulva.) OP, please be more specific, so we can tailor our comments accordingly.

She's so obviously crying out for your attention by posting a picture like that on your wall! Change your settings so she can still see everything but disable her from posting on your wall lol! I guess she's an ex for a reason eh? Good thing your found out she's a hooker now rather then later!
