Take everything with you
Move out, take EVERYTHING you bought, and break the lease so that they can't live there with their terrible credit scores.
Take your furniture. See if they have fun watching TV on small plastic crates.
If they own a TV, that might be OP's too!!
Take it all with you then.
take the furniture and notify the landowner
Take everything that's yours and stop making the payments
Just stopping payments looks poorly on your record. No, you should close the account first, make sure the balance is zero, THEN stop payments.
Tell the landlord. You should not move out because if they stop paying the rent or bills it could affect your credit score. The landlord will probably make an agreement with you to leave at reduced notice, and kick the others out for breach of contract as soon as you leave - it is what I would have done when I rented my house out. They don't want problem tenants, and they want your credit rating for a reason.

Take all the furniture with you. If it's yours than there's nothing they can do. After that they'll regret asking you to move out.
You should be the one kicking them out!
