It's not the parents fault. He's in kindergarten. My mom tried to teach me right and wrong at a young age, but once in a while I acted up. I mean a child this young isn't going to automatically know what not to do.

Op, let him **** around when he's in middle school, but you should discipline him for now because this is too young of an age to get suspended.

That seems like kind of a bad way to punish a kindergartener. He might just think that from now on, if he does whatever he did again he doesn't have to go to school(assuming he doesn't like school which he might). You definitely should punish him if his school won't.

That's nothing, my brother got suspended from pre-school.

I hate to say it, but usually with kids that young that cause a lot of problems, the fault may lie in the parents and their disciplinary strategies.
